Can I take OPTE with me?
OPTE’s battery lasts less than 30 minutes outside of the cradle; though the cradle and wand can easily be moved together. OPTE must be plugged in to properly work.
Can I touch up my OPTE end look without washing my face?
Yes. You can re-apply OPTE without washing your face. Many people do this when they need to quickly transition from work to going out.
Can I travel with OPTE?
Yes. However you will need to plug it in when you arrive at your destination. We recommend that you carry it with you if you are travelling on a plane.
Can I use it on my neck, hands and body?
Yes. OPTE is safe to use on neck, hands, body and even decolletage.
Can I use it under my eyes and around my nose?
Yes. You can use it under the eyes and on the nose as well.
What does OPTE feel like on my skin?
OPTE deposits such a small amount of serum, you may experience a very faint cool sensation on your skin or you may feel nothing at all.
How long does it take to use?
OPTE has a learning curve, though after about 5-10 uses, most people improve their transformations in about 5 minutes.
How should I apply OPTE?
Use the 4S application technique (straight, slow, soft & sweep) demonstrated in the quick start guide and how to video tutorials.
Can I use OPTE at night?
OPTE can be used in the morning or before bed. Using OPTE at night may enhance the chronic benefit.
How long lasting is OPTE coverage?
OPTE coverage lasts about 8–10 hours. It is not permanent. It can be easily washed off with soap and water.
How does OPTE fit my routine?
Use all liquids (i.e. sunscreen, lotion, etc.) and wait 5 minutes before applying OPTE. Liquids eliminate OPTE’s camouflaging effect. Using any powders or cosmetics after applying OPTE Powder foundation is mostly superfluous post-OPTE but some people still use it.

Is OPTE an airbrush?
OPTE is different than an airbrush because it scans, detects and corrects only the skin that needs it. Other products such as airbrushes and foundations cover all of your skin.
Should you use foundation after you apply OPTE?
Do not use any liquid foundation or BB creams after applying OPTE. Powders, including powder foundation, bronzer and blush are OK to use.
Does OPTE work on men?
Yes, OPTE works on men with clean shaven skin.
