Is OPTE considered clean?

Yes. OPTE’s serum contains only the necessary ingredients to give noticeable results with only 11 ingredients, four of which have skin benefits: two mineral pigments, titanium dioxide and iron oxides (to immediately camouflage skin imperfections), niacinamide (to help reduce the appearance of spots over time), and propylene glycol (to help the skin retain moisture and stay hydrated, and to help enhance the penetration of niacinamide into the skin)
